Join us on August 29 and 30 on Racine Street for the 5th edition of Racine at the Heart of the Arts. Come admire works of art, enjoy comedy and music performances, and experience a vibrant weekend.
An event presented by the Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Québec, in collaboration with the Government of Québec, the City of Québec, the Rue Racine Merchants’ Association, Atelier 256, and Agence 714.
