Saturday, July 18 (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.): On the first day, you’ll learn how to draw characters—both their appearance and their personality.
Sunday, July 19 (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.): On the second day, you’ll learn how to write and draw a story featuring them.
In short, you’ll learn all the basics for creating your own comic book universe—and maybe even become an artist yourself!

At a very young age, Alex A. created the character Agent Jean. In 2011, after finishing school, the adventures of his secret agent were finally published! His main sources of inspiration? Everything that exists—but especially everything that doesn’t!
Laurie Forêt is a children’s book illustrator from Rimouski, based in Montreal, the city of squirrels and bagels. She loves creating colorful and magical worlds, filled with little hidden details waiting to be discovered.
