India Rosa is taking advantage of the F1 weekend in Montreal to offer “Spice Circuit,” a high-end dining experience from May 21 to 24, 2026. Priced at $180 per person (minimum two guests), this menu invites diners to discover modern Indian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The experience includes a bottle of Pol Roger champagne, Indian-style oysters, and a tasting platter featuring a mix of land and sea (Quebec lamb, octopus, lobster, and shrimp). The meal is served with rice and naan, and concludes with a dessert of your choice, such as cardamom crème brûlée or chai tiramisu. Available at the Plateau, DIX30, and Griffintown locations; reservations are recommended. At the Griffintown location only, a special program will enliven the weekend: an opening night, DJ sets, a festive brunch, and live music through Sunday.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
