The violin takes center stage in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli for three days. For its 26th edition, the festival brings together musicians from here and abroad to celebrate an instrument that lends itself to all styles. The lineup ranges from baroque to traditional folk, then to blues, swing, jazz, and world music.
Each concert has its own unique flair, so you can choose a single evening or let yourself be swept away by the entire weekend. Saturday’s jam sessions are free and open to everyone. Bring your instrument or simply sit back and listen.
